Inspired by the oldest community assembly in the world, held annually in Iceland, the Althing, where all free people are welcome, gather to learn and modify the law, seek services and justice. It is local, inclusive and authoritative.

Enhancing community, locally

Being of a different language, literacy, race and culture than the dominant population can be scary, isolating and often requires extensive additional effort to be an included and positive member of the community. Althing brings access and special services to the entire population, equally while enhancing the experience of being a member.
